That’s why we only produce durable and reliable products designed and tested for real world use in the NZ outdoors. We do understand though that sometimes things can go wrong, so we cover all our products with a 24 month manufacturing defect warranty. We want you to be able to get on with your adventure not worry about your investment!

Please note we can't cover regular wear and tear or damage such as punctures, rips or burns. It's also important that you handle and store your tent appropriately to avoid un-necessary damage.
